Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@svleteva.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

Non-returnable items:

• Items marked as final sale

• Hygiene-sensitive products once opened or worn

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
